Provenance Determination of Antique Marble Artefacts from Carnuntum, Lower Austria

In the course of the CSIR-Project "The Roman Stone Monuments of Carnuntum" the material determination (petrographically and geochemically) of selected marble artefacts were conducted at the University of Salzburg. Analytical investigations took place at the University of Innsbruck.
